Girls Water Polo beats West Valley, 6-2

The girls played tough against West Valley High. It was a rematch of last year’s quarterfinal CIF game with the Wildcats coming out on top this time. Sarah Freeman had 3 goals, 3 field blocks, and 4 steals. Megan Freeman had 9 field blocks in goal. Lorie Stuart scored a goal and completely shut down

XC: The Girls Compete in CIF this Saturday

This Saturday, November 10th, the girls’ varsity team will compete in CIF Prelims. The race starts at 9:15 am at Riverside Cross Country Course, 1011 N. Orange Street, Riverside, CA. There is a $10 fee per car. There is also an entry fee: $8 for adults, $5 for students with current high school ID card.

Girls Volleyball wins 1st Round State Match

The Girls Volleyball beat a visiting Grace Brethern team in the first round of the Division 3 State Volleyball tournament.   Paloma won in four sets 25-22, 25-23, 17-25, and 25-20.  Gabby Hollins had 12 kills, Channa Hart had 10 kills and Olivia Karwin had 39 assists.  Kayla Thompson and Gabby Hollins both had 15 digs. XC: League Finals

   Last Thursday, the cross country team participated in our League Finals races.    Both JV teams finished in 2nd place to strong Poly teams. Top individual performances included Ariana Castellon, Elijah Spence, and Salvador Avila.    For Varsity, the girls qualified for CIF behind strong Poly and North teams. Paloma 3, El Toro 15

The Paloma Valley Wildcats lost 3-15 today to Lake Forrest-El Toro high school.  89 degree heat baked all in attendance.  The 2018 Sunbelt League Champion Wildcats finished the season with an 18-2 record.  Hannah McCoy, Brisa Perkins, Sydney Andersen, Megan Dallin, Niki Dallin, and Brenda Olas all advance on to CIF Individuals on Monday November
